Studio space for artists in Deptford
Art Hub Studios offer affordable studio space for artists in southeast London. We were invited to design the fit-out for a two-storey ground floor commercial space at the base of a new residential development in Deptford. The space will provide a range of studio sizes for up to 100 artists, an exhibition and gallery space, offices and breakout spaces, as well as kitchens, WCs, storage and amenities.

The project has been developed to achieve BREEAM Excellent and to be fully accessible and inclusive.
​​The architectural proposal was produced in collaboration with Host Architecture and Design.
